The New Level Difference

The number of business professionals using individual coaches has increased dramatically in recent years. There are many advantages to using coaches. Unlike seminars and other public events, coaching is tailored to the specific needs of the individual.

Ron Lambert, a former pharmaceutical executive of Richmond, Virginia firm A.H. Robins, founded Alongside Management in 1989 (we changed the name to Yukon in 2005). Ron wanted to create a consulting company that concentrated on practical, real-world situations and customize them to each client.

We take pride in saying that we have developed ultimate coaching programs with New Level Coaching and are able to deliver them in the most efficient way to enhance you as an individual or your company.

Our services not only emphasize the essential skills needed to be successful but offer multidimensional components for participants to learn and apply in business development.

Ron Lambert’s vision for New Level Coaching included the following:

  • Focus on real-world applications while sprinkling in a small dose of theory
  • Customized interventions to fit each client’s unique business situation
  • Use of experienced executives to deliver services (each Yukon master consultant has at least 25 years of experience and has been a member of senior management)
  • Training results guaranteed

History:

Ron’s original vision focused on sales negotiation training and major clients have included M&M Mars, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, General Electric, and Nextel. In addition to New Level Coaching, Yukon has expanded its offerings:

  • Yukon - The original company that offers Negotiate for Profit, customized sales negotiations training in high-impact areas such as national accounts. Yukon also offers Selling Higher which teaches skills in obtaining and managing meetings with senior executives.
